Altibill provides tools for invoicing, quotes, expenses, analytics, team management, and AI-powered drafting and insights. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Altibill.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your credentials secure and up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Altibill for unlawful activities
Attempt to access or disrupt the platform or other users
Upload malware or abusive content
Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments

If you enable payments or paid features, you agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and their terms may apply.

6. AI Features

AI outputs are generated by third-party providers and are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process and store that data to provide the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Altibill, its branding, and its software are owned by COBRA AI Systems. You may not use our branding without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Altibill integrates with third-party services (payment providers, AI providers, hosting). Those services may have separate terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

Altibill is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COBRA AI Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold COBRA AI Systems harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using Altibill at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security reasons. Upon termination, your access ends and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Altibill after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
